Jenna Melton Fowler

Biography

Jenna Melton Fowler defends complex product liability and toxic tort litigation involving personal injuries, wrongful death, and property damage. She represents small privately-held companies to large public corporations involved in the manufacture, distribution, and sale of products for commercial, industrial, and consumer markets. Jenna participates in all stages of litigation from pleadings through trial and appeals, including initial responses, written discovery, fact investigations, depositions, pre-trial motions, trial preparation, and post-trial motions.
