Biography
Jamie McDowell's civil litigation defense practice focuses in the areas of professional liability and commercial insurance matters. She primarily represents attorneys and law firms in disputes arising from malpractice allegations. Jamie also specializes in defending insurance agents and brokers, risk advisors, and other professionals. Jamie has experience representing clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation counseling and investigation, motions practice, discovery, and appeal.
