Jake T. Goldstein

Biography

Jake Goldstein represents large manufacturers, distributors, and premises owners in defense of product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort litigation. He focuses his practice on complex litigation in both state and federal courts, and regularly handles all stages of litigation including case investigation, filing initial pleadings, pre-trial discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial preparation.

Before joining Hawkins Parnell & Young, Jake was a litigator at a large national law firm where he defended clients in numerous suits involving class actions, product liability, premises liability, labor law, commercial litigation, and breach of contract claims.
