Inga Valenzuela Middleton

Biography

Inga Middleton is an accomplished litigator dedicated to defending the interests of manufacturers, distributors, and insurers in complex product liability and toxic tort litigation. She brings her extensive litigation experience to bear in cases involving product defects, consumer warranties, asbestos, chemical exposures, and catastrophic accidents. With a holistic approach to case management and client services, she is involved at every phase of the litigation process, from legal research to crafting effective motions, managing discovery, and preparing trial defenses.

Experiences and personal values have always shaped Inga's approach to her work. With a Filipino mother who taught her the importance of sustainability, Inga has been a lifelong advocate for the environment, contributing her time to various environmental causes and community service projects. Her dedication to community and family shines through her pro bono work at the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law and her founding role in the Southern California non-profit Grades of Green. During her nearly 20 years in Washington DC, she raised three sons and actively served her community through educational programs for local schools and George Mason University. When she's not in the courtroom or collaborating with clients, you can find her teaching yoga, cycling, running, hiking, or stand-up paddleboarding. She enjoys spending time with her extended family and finding joy in creative pursuits like sewing and cooking.
