Martin Levinson will be speaking at the CLM Georgia Event on the topic of “Settlement Offers and Negotiations: Pitfalls, Pointers and Recent Developments.” The event includes a combination of speakers and networking events. Co-presenters for the panel discussion featuring Martin will be CLM fellows Ronna Ruppelt, Vice President, Casualty for National General Insurance, and Rose Miller of ADR Solutions Group. As part of the session, the panelists will discuss recent developments in Georgia law regarding settlement demands, offers, and agreements, as well as the practical implications of those developments on mediation/arbitration and handling of claims by insurers, claims handlers, and inside counsel.
