ADC Toxic Torts Conference 2023

Hawkins Parnell & Young senior partner Ed Ulloa is speaking at the 2023 Toxic Torts Conference hosted by the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada. He will present the topic, "Talc Update: The Battle of Testing Methods & The Battle Within the FDA."

Ed will discuss the methods by which the Plaintiff’s bar and Dr. William Longo have alleged asbestos contamination in cosmetic talc products through the use of altered and unsupported scientific methodologies, and the efforts of the Plaintiff’s bar to gain governmental acceptance of these methods, along with a discussion of the FDA’s reaction to Longo’s subversive scientific approach.
