Biography
Erich Storm is a seasoned litigator with extensive trial experience in Nevada’s state and federal courts. He defends insurers and insureds in first- and third-party cases stemming from personal injuries and wrongful death, including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and medical malpractice. Erich also represents government entities and public utilities in high-stakes eminent domain disputes.
With a background that includes a judicial clerkship and service as a deputy prosecuting attorney, Erich draws on broad experience to develop effective defense strategies. Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants, he brings a well-rounded perspective to risk assessment and advocates skillfully for his clients at every stage of litigation.
