Deena Crimaldi is experienced in litigating complex construction, real estate, toxic tort and other general commercial disputes. She has drafted and negotiated construction agreements and other real estate and development-related documents, as well as engaged in motion practice and trial preparation. Deena has successfully first-chaired three landlord-tenant trials to favorable outcomes in new Jersey. Her representative clients include real estate developers, architects, engineers, design professionals, construction companies, and real estate investment trusts, as well as a wide array of construction and automotive product manufacturers and distributors.
