Nicea D’Annunzio Joins Hawkins Parnell's Toxic Tort & Environmental Group in New York

August 9, 2023 (New York, NY) – Nicea J. D'Annunzio has joined Hawkins Parnell & Young as a partner in the New York office and a member of the firm's national Toxic Tort & Environmental, Product Liability, and Construction practice groups.

With over three decades in her practice, Nicea has defended corporations embroiled in intricate, multi-party litigation across fields such as toxic torts, construction, environmental, and product liability. Serving as national counsel for several corporations in asbestos litigation, she has extensive experience developing and implementing national litigation strategies, coordinating local counsel, engaging specialized technical experts, and orchestrating comprehensive trial preparation. Nicea’s background in biology and chemistry sets her apart in handling complex scientific and medical issues.

Nicea is licensed in New York and New Jersey. She holds a JD, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.S., magna cum laude, from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
