Biography
Catherine Price’s practice focuses on commercial, contract, and complex litigation. Catherine defends corporations in complex product liability and toxic tort litigation arising from a range of products and toxic exposures to asbestos, talcum powder, various chemicals, and other substances. She also defends manufacturers and dealerships in warranty litigation primary under the Song-Beverly Consumer Protection Warranty Act. She participates in all phases of litigation, including discovery, drafting motions, attending depositions, and trial preparation.
