Biography
Catalina Alvarez defends large corporations and insureds in high-risk litigation involving catastrophic injuries, fatalities, and premises liability. She has vast experience representing transportation companies, retailers, and product manufacturers.
Knowing she is in the service business, Catalina builds strong client relationships. She prioritizes understanding the ins and outs of their company's situation and commercial interests. Catalina strives to provide an effective and comprehensive defense, creating a litigation strategy tailored to their circumstances.
Before joining Hawkins Parnell in Atlanta, Catalina was counsel at GEICO, handling trials and mediation in a high-volume environment. Her background equips her with a keen insight into the various stakeholders involved in the defense of high-value and complex litigation.
