Bartek Rejch focuses on representing industrial premises owners and manufacturers and distributors of products in toxic tort and product liability litigation. He has defended cases involving joint compound, aluminum, paint, automotive parts, cosmetics, HVAC equipment, plastics, and electrical equipment. He has also defended and advised clients in catastrophic injury, employment, and contract matters. Bartek is on trial teams, deposes expert and fact witnesses, drafts and argues dispositive motions, and negotiates settlements. He is experienced in all phases of litigation, including legal research, written discovery, substantive motions, depositions, and trial.
While completing his Juris Doctorate at the University of California, Davis School of Law, Bartek was an editor of the Law Review and interned with the California Public Utilities Commission.
