Ariel Finkelstein

Biography

Ariel Finkelstein defends clients against complex product liability, toxic torts, and environmental claims including matters related to alleged exposure to asbestos, talcum powder, silica, and a range of chemicals.  

Prior to joining the firm, Ariel served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court, in the Essex Vicinage, in the Family Division for Judge Garry J. Furnari and Judge Craig Harris. While in law school, Ariel served as the Staff Editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution, Volume 21, and then as the Articles Editor. She was a research assistant to Professor Lela Love and Professor Richard Brewster, and was competitively selected to participate in a semester-long mediation clinic.
