Andrew Nadler

Biography

Andrew Nadler represents large manufacturers, corporations, distributors, and premises owners in defense of product liability, toxic tort, mass tort litigation, and general liability. He regularly handles all stages of litigation including case investigation, filing initial pleadings, pre-trial discovery, depositions, motion practice, oral arguments, mediations, and trial preparation.

Before joining Hawkins Parnell & Young, Andrew was a litigator at a large national law firm where he defended clients in numerous suits involving premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, labor law, commercial litigation, and breach of contract claims. He routinely achieved favorable outcomes including summary judgment dismissal of cases.
