At Hawkins Parnell & Young, LLP, diversity of perspective matters. We realize different perspectives makes us stronger and our teams more effective in the results we achieve. As a result, HPY has placed a priority on building the firm on a foundation of inclusion.
According to the most recent National Association for Law Placement (NALP) Legal Employers survey, HPY meets or exceeds the national diversity averages for law firms of our size. In the 2016 Law Firm Gender Index presented by Bloomberg Law, we received an A- rating amongst 1,200 firms in the United States, which used advanced data mining techniques to compare firms and offices against each other on a granular level to determine which firms are actually succeeding in their gender diversity efforts.
Simply stated, our success in attracting and retaining diverse attorneys and staff evidences our commitment to inclusion and diversity.
