Kristin defends some of the nation's leading property and casualty insurance companies and their insureds in a variety of civil litigation areas, including product liability, premises liability, and general liability. She is highly experienced in toxic tort litigation and has defended numerous corporations in occupational exposure cases in which plaintiffs allege exposure to asbestos, silica, talc, and fiberglass dust. Kristin’s product liability clients include manufacturers and suppliers of various types of products and equipment associated with construction, sandblasting, home remodeling, and respiratory protection.
